Yep, that is what I said, "A cave home." This 17,000 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and tons of beautiful open space is a home. I bet you are wondering if you can actually live there? Why yes, a family of four dwell in the 1930's sandstone mine that is located in Festus, Missouri 45 feet underneath the forest. This totally cool living space is fully furnished and functioning as a normal home should. The architect and design is brilliantly mind-blowing as is the whole concept of living in an actual cave. Interestingly enough, this place is of historical value and use to be used for a variety of concerts. A modern home embedded in nature. It can't get much better than that.
