Georgian style ebonized bracket clock by Winterhalder and Hofmeier of Schwarzenbach Germany. The ebonized wood case surmounted by a large urn form finial flanked similarly on all four corners, the canted corners with grotesque form ormolu mounts, supported by four paw feet. The arched dial with two subsidiary dials all ensconced by scrolled cherub spandrels, marked for the retailer, "H. Pidduck and Sons 73 Lord St. Southport,". The movement marked, "DR Patent w and H Sch".
