Gables Park 17, Uptown's (Dallas) newest luxury high-rise apartment living community had lofty aspirations when it came to the trendy and affluent design scheme and impeccible attention to detail that Gables Residential properties are known for... and who better for the job than Dallas' very own Marly + Co. Design?

Marly + Co. took the job head-on, approaching this mixed-use and multi-family property in the center of Dallas' posh Uptown area with a distinctand modern charm and a boutique hotel-inspired design aesthetic. In charge of designing and creating the entry/lobbies, leasing facility, tenant public space, corridors, elevator lobbies, and amenities that included lounge cabanas, a poker room, kitchen & refreshment bar, game room, Wii room, conference/dining room, business lounge and theatre... this 2 and a half year project came to fruition through the talented and thoughtful design of the Marly + Co. crew. 

"The goal of the project was to create a high-end living product that paid tribute to local Dallas artists - as all of the artwork was custom. Overall, the design style was based on boutique hotels- every detail was thought through and customized for the project," says Myra Ross, CEO of Marly + Co.
