The team worked diligently to bring together the vision of Triton Custom Homes, Hobbs’ Ink and PPDS [design + interiors]. They spent a tremendous number of hours on every last detail of the home, including developing the ideal space plan for a homeowner who loves to entertain, custom designing features for every room, creating an unmatched lighting package and selecting original finishes for every surface.

Key innovative features in the home include : large-scale pivoting glass entry door, contemporary white kitchen with high-tech appliances and custom millwork, creative use of under-stair space through the installation of a glamorous wet bar with exposed and concealed storage, bold use of large glass tiles and a marble mosaic floor in the guest bath, application of a glass mosaic wall paper in the guest bedroom, one-of-a-kind fretwork designs, which are carried throughout the house on walls, ceilings, doors and trim, strategically oriented master suite, which wraps around the study and connects to the laundry room, maximizing both privacy and function, unconventional use of color and pattern on the media and game room, state-of-the-art, fully integrated automation system, controlling the home’s media, lighting, HVAC, and security systems
and imaginative application of lighting throughout.
