Dallas based Billy Ware , AIA, LEED AP and David Rodriguez, LEED AP have a long history of cutting edge projects, and Mr. Ware is President and Mr. Rodriguez is Vice President of Ware Architecture and are requested speakers on this subject matter and whose firm specializes in high performance, green, sustainable architectural design and consulting of both private residences and commercial projects. Both are members of the US Green Building Council ( USGBC ) with Mr. Rodriguez having served in 2008, as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the North Texas USGBC

Seminar Information:
There is a little bit of something for both curious and experienced residential designers when it comes to the world of “green design” applications. Beginning with the very basics In Green 101, attendees will gain an understanding of ideas and definitions in what makes a project truly “green” In Green 202, a more to in depth applications of sustainable methodologies and high performance design will be explored in greater depth.

This session is for those who already have a basic or general understanding of what green residential design applications are. It will focus more in-depth on Sustainable Residential Strategy Applications and High Performance design.
