Last month, art lover and owner of Brown Mountain Art Restoration Laura Pate, had the pleasure of completely restoring a piece of artwork that had been passed down from several generations and reviving it's aging, yellowing appearance from years of wear and damage from the elements. After lovingly and carefully cleaning the delicate artwork, Laura Pate was able to reveal to the paintings owner, Jane Parks Shaw, a vivid new rendering of the masterpiece her dear great-grandmother had created years ago.
