Spring 2011 Furniture Market in High Point, North Carolina did not disappoint, as suspected! The week began at Wendover Art Group with Richard Forsyth, President and Elaine Williamson of Elaine Williamson Designs hosting The “Art of Design” Soiree. Elaine’s focus was to speak to fellow designers and retailers about the importance of art placement and how even the small details of art make a big difference in the overall finished project or retail display.

This year’s Spring Thing, held at Decorative Center Dallas on April 13 & 14th, was a lively and successful event for the interior design professional. The days included showroom hospitality, raffle prizes, a progressive cocktail party and much more.
