Marla Rea of Alain Pinel Realtors has been working with buyers and sellers to find their dream homes or move on to their next life adventure for over ten years. Licensed in California, Massachusetts, South Carolina and Colorado, she has worked with first time home buyers to couples looking for their ideal get-away or retirement homes and with builders in every aspect of the construction phase from design to completion and sales. Having moved over 18 times with both her and her husband's careers, she understands the real transaction from both the buyer and seller's perspective and works hard to provide a positive experience for her clients. After having lived in a quaint New England village, the beaches of South Carolina, and cities such as Dallas, Denver, Louisville and Indianapolis, she chose Carmel because of the white sandy beach and beautiful oceanview sunsets, Pebble Beach golf next door and the world class dining and shopping in a European like village. In a 2-5 hour drive one can be in Santa Barbara, LA, San Francisco or Napa Valley.
